Session Overview
Each month, you’re invited to step into a live, guided sound experience designed to support deep rest, steady the nervous system, and offer a quiet space to reconnect.
These sessions are intentionally simple. No prior experience is needed. You don’t have to know how to meditate or “do it right.” You simply arrive, get comfortable, and let the sound do the work.
What to Expect
A gentle arrival
Each session begins with a brief welcome to help you settle in and transition out of the pace of the day.
A guided opening (3–4 minutes)
A short spoken meditation helps the mind slow down and the body begin to soften. This creates a clear entry point into the sound experience.
Immersive live sound (40–45 minutes)
You’ll be surrounded by a layered soundscape created in real time using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, and other resonant tones.
The sound is designed to:
calm the nervous system
support deep relaxation
create space for the mind to rest
gently shift the body out of stress patterns
There is nothing you need to focus on. The sound meets you where you are.
A gentle return (2–3 minutes)
As the sounds begin to fade, you’ll be guided back slowly and comfortably, allowing the body to reorient without feeling rushed.
