Virtual Sound Sessions
Virtual sound healing sessions are one-on-one experiences offered via Zoom, designed to provide a supportive space for rest, reflection, and deep listening. These sessions are guided with care and tailored to what feels most supportive in the moment.
Each session begins with a brief intake, followed by approximately one hour of guided meditation and live sound. You are invited to receive the experience from the comfort of your own space, with options to sit or rest as needed.
Sessions may be recorded upon request and provided as an audio or video file for continued listening.

How it Works
Virtual sessions are held via Zoom and guided with care to create a calm, supportive experience.
Before the session, you will receive a secure Zoom link with simple instructions for joining.
During the session:
Professional audio equipment is used to ensure clear, immersive sound quality
The camera remains on so you can see me. You are welcome to have your camera on or off, based on what feels most comfortable
Your microphone will be muted for most of the session to reduce background noise and echo
The session begins with a brief check-in, followed by a short sound check to be sure audio levels feel comfortable.
You are invited to settle into a comfortable resting place, using pillows or blankets if that feels supportive. Headphones or external speakers can enhance sound quality, though they are not required.
Personalized Guided Meditation
Instead of a live virtual session, you may choose to receive a personalized guided meditation created specifically for you. These recordings are shaped around your preferences and what feels most supportive, offering a sound experience that reflects your unique circumstances without requiring you to adapt to generic language or themes.
This option allows the meditation and soundscape to be created with care and attention to what matters most to you, without the need to attend a live session.
