Over my 20 years as a registered nurse, I saw something again and again.
People were overwhelmed.

Many wanted to meditate.
Few felt successful doing it.
I began creating short sound experiences that worked with the nervous system instead of asking people to override it.
The result became The Sound Slow Down.
