Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Individual and couple sessions
We understand life can often get in the way. We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to book a session. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy and will refund any balance paid in excess of the 25% deposit for all cancellations that are over 48 hours in advance of the session. Any cancellations within the 48-hour cancellation period will not be refunded. We will offer a reschedule date. If you have cancelled or rescheduled a session twice and fail to attend the third session as agreed, you will forfeit the session and will not be entitled to a refund. Any cancellation without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
As sessions are booked at specific times, we are unable to extend the session to compensate late arrivals. If you arrive over 10 minutes late for a session and have not contacted us prior, we will assume you are not attending and will consider this a cancellation without notice.
2. Virtual sessions:
We have a high success rate with the technology we use. It does not fail often, however, technology can be unpredictable. If for any reason we cannot use the intended video conferencing or AV equipment required, we will attempt to use an alternative method of communication. If the session can no longer be delivered and we are not at fault, we will not offer a refund for the session.
3. Private and corporate events:
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book an event. Final payment is due 2 days prior to the event date. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. We will offer a reschedule date or a refund of any balance paid in excess of the 50% deposit for cancellations at least 48 hours in advance of the event. Any cancellations within the 48-hour cancellation period will not be refunded.
4. Public Events:
Cancellations at least 7 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 7 days but more than 48 hours in advance will receive an 80% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event will not receive a refund.
5. If WE have to cancel:
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a session or event due to illness or other emergency, we will give as much notice as possible. We will be happy to offer a reschedule date or refund, whichever is preferable.
